Our Green Trough is a genuine concrete replacement, and a market-leading range of troughs and accessories designed to reduce installation time and associated costs.
Made from a 100% recycled household plastic, our environmentally friendly and robust units carry high voltage power and communications cabling in any direction. Whether it’s horizontally, vertically, at an angle, around an obstruction such as an electrical substation, along a wall, as a walkway and even in an elevated position. Our bespoke configuration service allows us to engineer our products to meet the challenges of any project.
Designed to allow for a 5-degree play, our Green Trough can cope with bends and curves, whilst remaining locked to prevent theft and vandalism. The lids of the units are fastened and secured in place, thanks to both their interlocking design and a bolt system that locks the lids to the bases as well as each other.. We also provide options which allow you to internally secure cables to the troughs as well. Green Trough lids also feature chevron surface protection for enhanced safety.
Green Trough, unlike concrete troughing, will not break, is environmentally friendly, and is lightweight – lowering the risk of injury. Made to be completely adaptable, you can drop in new sections as needed, and link it up to existing troughing systems, such as concrete.
