Bespoke interfacing kits
We provide a bespoke modular design and configuration service to ensure that unique site requirements can be catered for in our factory. We then supply a bespoke kit to ensure a right-first-time fit. This service can cater for everything from steep gradients and tight corners, to more complex arrangements such as the connection from trackside route into complex ancillaries, such as location cases and functional supply points.
In conjunction with client design teams, our team will configure the design and process and pack all the relevant parts you need to assemble the cable management solution. This eliminates the risk of items being mispicked at the project compound. The installation engineers’ time is optimised as a result, and the interface from the cable management system with trackside furniture is simplified through intelligent design.
For extra reassurance, we can show you the design of the troughing arrangement before we send it out to you – either physically or as a 3D model – enabling you to visualise what it will look like.
Our design team works in partnership with your own, all bespoke configurations are supplied in Solidworks, and we can provide any installation training required.
Each of the seven sizes feature a full range of corresponding accessories, including 45-degree bends, T-junctions, gradients, end plates, and transitions to ensure that any site anomaly can be mitigated easily and efficiently.
