Elevated Systems

The TTS elevated system for Green Trough is designed to provide an above ground cable management solution.

Inspired by the flexibility of cable and the durability of concrete; the TTS elevated system draws on these components to create a solution that can easily accommodate unique site requirements and complicated configurations, whilst also ensuring vital power and data supplies are protected in situ.

Our elevated systems can be designed for angles, gradients, undulations, transitions, spurs and so much more. We work closely with each of our clients to understand how we can help them achieve the most efficient installation, while satisfying the most complex layouts.

As they are part of the Green Trough family, they are manufactured from 100% recycled household waste and are approved for use in a number of sectors.

The assembly process

The assembly process

The TTS elevated system is simple to install and has been developed for use with four of the Green Trough systems; TTS 90, 135, 150, and 200 Series. Here’s how an elevated system is typically assembled:

  1. Our elevated system is comprised of galvanised steel posts concreted into the ground at two metre intervals, with ladders bolted to brackets suspended from the posts.
  2. The one metre Green Trough unit sits in the ladder, connected to each other via male and female joints to form one continuous run. The posts can carry up to four individual cable troughing routes – refer to the technical specification for the various types of possible routes.
  3. Ladders are supplied complete with bracket fixing bolts and can be installed at 440mm (level 1) or 840mm above ground level.
    •  Longer or shorter posts can be provided for non-standard ground conditions.
    • Gradient changes can be accommodated with gradient ladders, taking ducting from Level 1 to Level 2 or from ground level to Level 1
